Is your console connected to your network using a wired or wireless connection?

You can find out your NAT type in your network settings (Settings > Network > Internet Connection Status).

Please select your download speed, you can find this by running the Internet Connection Test (Settings > Network Settings > Internet Connection Test).

Please select your packet loss, you can find this under "View Connection status" in the network settings section.

Please select your latency, you can find by opening your web browser. In the address bar type: http://www.whatsmyip.org/ping/
