Playstation 4 or 5
If you are experiencing frequent crashes in Struggling, please try the following steps:
CLEAR THE PLAYSTATION CACHE
Clearing your Playstation Cache can help with any connection or game launching issues that you might be experiencing and is a good first step towards resolving problems.
There isn't a menu option for clearing the cache on PS4/5™. However, there is a way to force the cache to clear, you can do so by following the steps below.
- Turn off your Playstation 4/5, do not enter rest mode.
- Once the indicator light on the PS4/5 has stopped blinking and is completely off, unplug the power cord from the console.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the Playstation 4/5 and start it up again as normal.
REINSTALL THE GAME
If the crashing continues, then a complete reinstall of the game would be the next step to take. Completely delete the application from your console, and then reinstall it from your PS4/5 Library.
Nintendo Switch
Not enough space to download Nintendo E-Shop Content.
If you receive an error stating this, you will need to make sure that you have enough storage space available on your Nintendo Switch for the game.
You will need at least 1858.00 MB available on your system to begin the download.
Clear the cache on your Switch
When performing networked activities on the Switch, such as linking accounts or posting pictures, websites and other data will be stored on the console.
You can delete this data which includes, IDs and passwords, cookies, history and the cache, for each user on the Nintendo Switch console.
This process may also clear temporary problems that are causing connection or game-launch issues and we always advise trying this first if you're having any problems with the game on Nintendo Switch.
How to clear the cache
Open System Settings on the HOME Menu, then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache.
Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Unable to launch the game
If you find that you cannot open the game after installing it on your Nintendo Switch, please initially restart the console.
Should the problem persist, please uninstall the game and re-download it from the Nintendo E-Store.
