I've forgotten my email address.
If you're unable to recall your registered email address we'll need some additional information from you to verify that you are the account owner. Send in a support ticket using the button at the bottom of this page with as many answers as possible from the following options:
- The name of the person who owns the account.
- The name of the current Commander.
- The order number sent to you when purchasing Elite Dangerous.
- Any proof of purchase, such as an email receipt.
- Your Steam product key (only applies to Steam customers).
Once we've verified you as the account owner we will be happy to change the registered email to one of your choice.
I've forgotten my Frontier account password.
To have a new password emailed to you please click Forgot Password? on either the Launcher or the Frontier Store. Alternatively, click here.
