If you have purchased Arx through the Steam Store and are not seeing them in Elite Dangerous, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure that you are logging in to the game through Steam directly.
I'M ALREADY LOGGED IN WITH MY FRONTIER ACCOUNT, HOW DO I LOG OUT?
If you own a copy of ED from the Frontier store, and have previously logged in with your Frontier account details, you will first need to log out before you can log back in using Steam.
Click on the dropdown next to your account name, and choose 'LOG OUT'.
HOW DO I LOG IN WITH STEAM?
Once you have successfully logged out of the launcher, you need to select 'LOG IN WITH STEAM'. If you have yet to link your account, please see below.
WHAT IF I'M PROMPTED TO LINK MY ACCOUNT?
If you are a new customer or attempting to log in via Steam for the first time, it is necessary to link your Steam account to your Frontier account.
2. Ensure that your Steam account is linked to your Frontier account.
Brand new Steam customers should be automatically linked during account creation. If you have not yet created an account, please follow the steps in this FAQ.
After completing account creation, you'll be redirected back to the launcher, and should be automatically signed in.
If your account has been successfully linked, when logged out of the launcher, you should see a 'LOG IN WITH STEAM' button.
Customers who already have a Frontier account, and wish to link to Steam, should see a prompt to do so in the launcher. If this is not the case, you can manually link by signing in at user.frontierstore.net and using the option under 'LINKED THIRDPARTY ACCOUNTS'.
