Reporting a player on Xbox Live.
When playing the Xbox One version of Elite Dangerous if you encounter a player that is breaking either Xbox Live's or Frontier's terms of service or code of conduct you will be able to use the process below to report them to Xbox Live. You can find links to the code of conduct and the terms of service below.
From an Xbox Live players Gamercard you can see the option to Block or Report them as below:
If you do choose to report this player you will then need to choose a reason for this as below:
Xbox LIVE code of conduct and terms of service: http://www.xbox.com/legal/livetou
Reporting a player in this way will generate a comprehensive record including recent chat logs and references to player accounts that you encountered. Due to this automatically-collected extra information, some of which not available to players directly, it is preferable to use the in-game reporting tools immediately after the incident instead of creating a ticket later on but if you do wish to do so, you can contact our support team using the button below.
