If you wish to find out more about the hardware in your PC, and to see any potential errors from software running in your PC, a DxDiag file can be a massive help.
To obtain your DxDiag file on Windows 7 or later follow these instructions:
- Open the Start Menu
- Type dxdiag into the search box and press Enter (if there is no search box you can start typing to make it appear)
- Click 'Save All Information' and select a convenient location to save the file.
You now have your DxDiag file, please make sure to send it to us with any tickets or bug reports.
