We only collect data when we need it, like your details so you can log in when making an account with us, like your address if you buy something like a shirt, or your Steam name if you're playing our games on Steam. We only collect data to make things easy for you, and help us make our games and services as good as they can be!

- Select 'My Account' and 'Account Dashboard'
- From here and subsequent menu options you can find the personal information we store
Customer Support Ticket Information

- Any questions and attachments should be available to access there
Elite Dangerous Account Information
- Personal information on your Elite Dangerous account can be found by logging into the Elite Dangerous client

- For Account details: Select 'Settings' and choose from the menu options
- For Posts: Select 'My Profile' and then 'Find latest posts'

- Select 'My Account' and 'Newsletter subscriptions'
