If you are continuously experiencing performance issues in the game, we would recommend following these steps to try and resolve this:
CLEAR THE PS5 CACHE
Clearing your Playstation®5 Cache can help with any connection or game launching issues that you might be experiencing and is a good first step towards resolving problems.
There isn't a menu option for clearing the cache on PS5™. However, there is a way to force the cache to clear, you can do so by following the steps below.
- Turn off your Playstation®5, do not enter rest mode.
- Once the indicator light on the PS5™ has stopped blinking and is completely off, unplug the power cord from the console.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the Playstation®5 and start it up again as normal.
After you've done this, launch the game again and if you're still experiencing issues, the next thing we would recommend doing is a complete reinstall of the game.
