How do I delete my account, and what is a Right to be Forgotten (RBTF)?
A “Right to be Forgotten” is an account deletion, in accordance with GDPR regulations set forth within Europe. This process is non-reversible, and a one-time process.
We wish to reassure you that we do not sell any personal data you have submitted to Frontier Developments; any personal data you have submitted has been processed by Frontier Developments.

What to Expect:
All of your personal data held by Frontier Developments will be deleted. This includes any data you have submitted to us, any account data held by us, and personally identifiable data. For legal compliance purposes, we may retain some partial transaction data for our records.
- Please be aware. A Right to be Forgotten is Non-reversible.
How long will it take?
After submitting your Right to be Forgotten, we will delete your data within 30 days. It may take upwards of a week to get a response, but we work from when the request was submitted.
What do I need to do?
Make sure you’re contacting us on the Frontier account that you wish to be deleted. If you have multiple accounts, you will need to open more than one ticket. One deletion request ticket per account.
Once we have your ticket, we will respond as fast as we can. The first step requires you to verify that you wish to proceed. We will not complete the deletion request without you verifying your will to proceed. So please be sure to follow up on our response!
You may be required to submit extra data to confirm you are the owner of the said account. Again, we are not able to proceed unless we receive this confirmation.

As we mention above, we wish to reassure you that we do not sell any personal data that you have submitted to Frontier Developments; any personal data you have submitted has been processed by Frontier Developments. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us; there is an option to unsubscribe within the newsletter email.
How do I delete my Frontier account?
Create a ticket with us! Once we have the ticket, we will add you to our deletion queue, and try to delete your account as soon as we can.
