There are a number of reasons that your order may have been cancelled:
- Your item is out of stock. This will be indicated on the tracking order link you will have been provided with.
- Your address details are incomplete. Please ensure your address is filled out in full when placing an order.
- You have been undercharged. Very uncommon, we will be in touch should this happen.
