If your order is a pre-order then it may automatically be placed On Hold until the item is available.
If your order is not a pre-order then you may have ordered a particularly popular item which may briefly be out of stock. If this is the case for the item you have ordered, then your order will be placed On Hold.
Usually, re-stocking takes no more than a few days. Once the warehouse has been restocked all outstanding orders will continue processing as normal.
If your order has been On Hold for more than 7 working days, please get in touch by sending a ticket to customer support with your order reference number so we can look into it for you.
