If your order is set to Pending Payment it is likely that your order was not completed correctly or the order page was closed before being completed.
If you believe your order completed successfully but it remains in the status Pending Payment then your payment may have been declined or put on hold by your bank/card provider or Paypal.
Common causes for a delayed payment include:
- Insufficient funds
- Incorrect payment information
- Expired credit/debit card
If you are making a payment from outside the UK your bank or card provider may require additional security checks before clearing the payment. In this case, most payment providers will get in touch immediately to verify the payment with you.
You should be able to check the order status of any Paypal order through their online service here.
