After Notea gives you the map, bring it up by keeping Toku still for 2 seconds and tapping the Pause symbol that in the top-left of the screen.
Here you can see how each area of Mistralis you have explored is connected. Where the connecting lines meet the small circle representing the level hints at where you may find the entrances/exits in the level.
