If you're experiencing multiplayer issues such as rubber-banding, long load times between sessions, not seeing other players in your group or if you're disconnecting there's a couple of things you can do that will help us to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Firstly, be sure to include as much information as possible. Be as detailed as you can and let us know exactly what you're seeing and how often it occurs. The more information you include, the better.
We'll likely need your netLogs too (these can be found in your game directory in the Logs folder). However, we may require more detailed logs to help us further investigate your issue. To produce these, please place the attached AppConfigLocal.xml in this folder. This will produce a more detailed NetLog for us.
