For your child to be able to use the Online Functionality of some of our titles, like Jurassic World Evolution, Planet Coaster and Planet Zoo, your child needs to have a Frontier account which is linked to a Xbox or PlayStation account, after having your permission.
When your child first tries to access the Workshop, they will be greeted with the following prompt screen:
Following this link, or using the QR code provided, will bring you to the page you're currently on.
We need parental or guardian consent to create a Frontier account for your child.
To begin the process of linking your Child's Xbox or PlayStation account to a Frontier Account, you need to follow the link below.

You can find a guide on how to complete the process below. We recommend being with your child during this entire process, and be ready to look at your emails.
STEP 1 OF 3
In order for you to complete this step, you will need to fill out both your parent/guardian's email address and the child's email address.
The child's email address will then be sent one 6 digit code, and the parent/guardian's will be sent a different 6 digit code. We do this in order to confirm that both the email addresses exist and that the parent/guardian consents to their child having an account with Frontier. You will need to enter these codes on the next next screen.
STEP 2 OF 3
On this next screen, you will need to enter the codes which were sent to both emails. The email addresses will be pre-filled, and you will need to set a strong password.

On this final page, you'll receive confirmation that you've created your child's Frontier account. The next step is to link it.
First, log into your child's account on our User Portal, here:

We see a list of platforms a Frontier account can link to. For now, choose your console Platform of choice. When linking with Xbox/Microsoft, you should see this:
And when linking with Sony/PlayStation, you should see this:
Sign into your PlayStation account, or Microsoft account, follow the linking process there, which should simply be a confirmation.
Then your child's account is linked, and you are both ready to explore the Planet Zoo workshop!
