Clear your console cache
Clearing your PlayStation's cache can help with any connection or game launching issues that you might be experiencing and is a good first step towards resolving problems.
There isn't a menu option for clearing the cache on the PlayStation.
However, there is a way to force the cache to clear. You can
do so
by following the steps below.
- Turn off your PlayStation, do not enter rest mode.
- Once the indicator light on the PlayStation has stopped blinking and is completely off, unplug the power cord from the console.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the PlayStation and start it up again as normal.
Reinstall Jurassic World Evolution
If the crashing continues, then a complete reinstall of the game would be the next step to take. Completely delete the application from your console, and then reinstall it from your PlayStation's Library.
Switch to a wired connection
In some cases your WIFI connection might not be providing a consistently stable connection. Try switching to a wired connection to your router.
Console check
Check your console is not in a position where it may overheat and has clear ventilation

Clear your console cache
Clearing the Xbox cache can often help clear temporary problems that are causing connection or game-launch issues and we always advise trying this first if you're having any problems with the game on Xbox.
- Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
- Disconnect the power brick from the back of the Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to expel any remaining power and clear the cache.
- Connect the power brick.
- Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
- Turn the Xbox back on as you would normally.
