- Check the game has fully downloaded and installed. Highlight the game you want to check and press the Options button > Information > Download Status.

- Turn off your PlayStation, do not enter rest mode.
- Once the indicator light on the PlayStation has stopped blinking and is completely off, unplug the power cord from the console.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the PlayStation and start it up again as normal.
- Delete the game from your console. Download and reinstall the game once more and relaunch to test
- Note: If playing on a physical copy, try wiping the disc with a clean, soft cloth.
